DIRECTIONS: FROM ARLANDA AIRPORT TO SKY HOTEL APARTMENTS
By bus (Flygbussarna) from Arlanda to Thorildsplan subway station
- Going by bus to Stockholm takes about one hour. Tickets for the Airport coaches (Flygbussarna) can either be bought online from their website: www.flygbussarna.se or on board with any major credit card. Note that cash is not accepted!
- Take the Airport coaches from Arlanda to the final stop Stockholm City (Cityterminalen), which is just next to the Stockholm Central Station.
- Take the right Exit when you enter the terminal hall from the bus stop, then take the stairs just to the left of the exit and follow signs "Tunnelbana" (subway) with the blue "T" logo.
- You should take another staircase down to the left of the storage boxes, then again to the left at the SL Center (where you can buy tickets for the subway and city buses).
- In subway station take the green line trains in the direction of Hässelby Strand, Alvik or Åkeshov to Thorildsplan (six stops).
- Airport coaches have a stop in S:t Eriksplan before they reach central station.
- If you want, you can get off the buss in S:t Eriksplan and walk around 300 m to the subway (tunnelbana), see the map below for information.
- From S:t Eriksplan take the green line trains in the direction of Hässelby Strand, Alvik or Åkeshov to Thorildsplan (two stops).
- Another alternative is to take Airport coaches with final stop Liljeholmen from Arlanda airport and get off the buss at Fridhemsplan.
- Subway station is right beside the bus stop. Take the green line trains in the direction of Hässelby Strand, Alvik or Åkeshov to Thorildsplan (next stops).
- Or if you want, you can just take a walk to Thorildsplan station and the hotel (around 900 m ).
By train from Arlanda to Thorildsplan subway station
By Arlanda Express train (see www.arlandaexpress.com) it takes only 20 minutes but costs twice as much as the bus fare.
- Take the train from Arlanda to Stockholm Central. At the end of the platform, follow signs toward Tunnelbana (subway) with the blue "T" logo. To the left of the storage boxes in central station you should take a staircase down, then again to the left at the SL Center (where you can buy tickets for the subway and city buses).
- In subway station take the green line trains in the direction of Hässelby Strand, Alvik or Åkeshov to Thorildsplan (six stops).
From Thorildsplan subway station to Sky Hotel Apartments
- At Thorildsplan subway station, take the left exit just after the ticket booths and the tobacconists.
- When you exit on the street level, you have the highway Drottningholmsvägen to your right and a residential area to your left.
- Take Thorildsvägen just behind the subway exit follow it until you come to the Lindhagensgatan.
- Turn right and follow this street one block and then cross the street.
- The entrance to Sky Hotel Apartments is now 50 m away on the side street Ulriksborgsgatan.
By taxi to Sky Hotel Apartments
Taking a taxi from Arlanda to anywhere in central Stockholm will cost approximately 450-500 SEK. Make sure to ask for the fixed Arlanda-Stockholm price! Taxis accept all major credit cards. The address of Sky Hotel Apartments is Ulriksborgsgatan 3.

DIRECTIONS: FROM SKY HOTEL APARTMENTS TO NORDITA
By subway
- Take the subway from station Thorildsplan, any train in the direction T-Centralen, Hagsätra, Högdalen or Skarpnäck, to T-Centralen (six stops).
- Cross the platform to the red line, and take the train going in the direction Mörby Centrum to Tekniska Högskolan (three stops).
- Take the exit Körsbärsvägen, and the staircase to your right after the entrance.
To Nordita it is now a 10-15 min walk (see the directions on the map). When you come up to the street level from the subway, you will have the main street Valhallavägen on your left hand side, making an S-bend towards the left, around a small park. You should follow that street and continue slightly downhill until you reach a hot-dog stand Tullfritt, at the bottom of a steep street Roslagstullsbacken. Nordita is at the top of that street, across the roundabout.
- Instead of walking, you can take the bus no. 61 from just outside the subway exit (50 m ahead, along the sidewalk) to the end destination Ruddammen.
- You can't buy tickets on Stockholm buses, but if you came from the subway, that ticket can be used for transfer.
Going in the other direction, from Nordita to Sky Hotel Apartments, you should take a red line subway in the direction T-Centralen or Fruängen to T-centralen, cross the platform, and take a green line train in the direction Hässelby Strand, Alvik or Åkeshov to Thorildsplan.
By taxi
Taking a taxi will cost approximately 150 SEK. Taking a taxi anywhere within central Stockholm will cost approximately 150 SEK. Taxis accept all major credit cards. The address of Nordita is Roslagstullsbacken 23.

DIRECTIONS: FROM SKAVSTA AIRPORT
Some airlines fly to Skavsta airport by Linköping, southwest of Stockholm. Take the Flygbussarna airport bus to the City Terminal, and follow instructions above as for bus travel from Arlanda airport (the Skavsta airport buses do not pass S:t Eriksplan).

Nordita is situated in two buildings on the AlbaNova campus. The Nordita Main building, Roslagstullsbacken 23, is a small yellow building, just to the right of the entrance to the white main building of AlbaNova, and the Nordita West building, Roslagstullsbacken 17, is to the left. Nordita is situated in three buildings on the AlbaNova campus. The Nordita East building, Roslagstullsbacken 23, is a small yellow building, just to the right of the entrance to the white main building of AlbaNova, and the Nordita West building, Roslagstullsbacken 17, and Nordita South building, Roslagstullsbacken 11, are to the left.
