TIPS FOR NEXT TIME

• everyone working in the tent must be briefed in advance about the content of posters and demonstrations

• put posters and computers next to each other (stations)

• perhaps fewer themes but more support (posters, programs, hand-outs) for each theme?

• lower tables and lower hanging of posters, so that children can take part

• name tags could indicate what language people speak?

• hang the blackboard next to axel's poster

• posters should be in both swedish and english

• fetch t-shirts for all nordita people early on (they tend to finish quickly)

• put fly-paper demonstrations in street in front of tent, not to block entrance

• 3d projection requires partially darkened tent (just back wall might be enough)

• all stuff to be delivered to kungsan must be ready on thursday, not friday (or else won't fit in car)

• perhaps share tent with other theory groups, rather than hospital physics? or entire tent for nordita?

• Need more people who speak Swedish.

• Handouts to all demos. They were quite requested.
