Bookable rooms at AlbaNova (including the Nordita building) are divided into two categories: larger auditoria, seminar rooms and class rooms, and smaller research group rooms.
The two seminar rooms at Nordita belong to the second category. They can bee booked, free of charge, using the AlbaNova Room Booking System at rooms.albanova.se.

Basic equipment for seminars (eg. projectors) can be found in the Nordita buildings. Ask Hans Mühlen, Anne Jifält or Axel Brandenburg for help.
For larger events, you may want to ask the AlbaNova reception or Internal Service for assistance.
Whenever you organize any kind of interesting activity, large or small, you should always list it in the AlbaNova Agenda System. Events registered with the Agenda will be displayed prominently on the hompages of AlbaNova and Nordita, as well as on displays on various places around AlbaNova.
Go to agenda.albanova.se to create a new listing or to check for yourself what is going on at the Centre. Note that there is a special section for Nordita events.
Remember that entering an event in the Agenda does not result in rooms or other facilities mentioned in your announcement being automatically booked. You have to do that separately!
To facilitate the work for the AlbaNova receptionist, please make sure to provide as much information as possible about the event. This may include the name of the organizer/contact, list of participants, venue, time table, etc.
You can book anything from coffee to conference dinners from the AlbaNova Restaurant Entré. Ask Anne Jifält to contact the Restaurant, and you will get some proposals.
